What Shipping Methods Are Available?
CestMoinsCher offers you the choice of standard or express delivery for all your orders:
Standard delivery: is usually made within a week or more and is usually free of charge, or with low delivery charges.
Express delivery: sometimes as early as the next day or within a few days! Each product sheet indicates the delivery options available and their delivery times. This type of delivery is included in the benefits
Do You Ship Internationally?
The delivery methods eligible for international orders are the same as those you have defined for home delivery in France. Collection point delivery and in-store collection are not available for international orders.
The delivery times indicated are calculated according to the country of dispatch you have selected in your shop settings and the country of delivery of the order.
The delivery time communicated to the customer is the sum of the preparation time (which you have entered for each offer) and the delivery time according to the country of dispatch and delivery. It is expressed in working days.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once at the warehouse,Standard parcels :
Do you deliver to your own country? 1 to 3 days
Are you shipping from a European country to another European country? 2 to 7 days
Shipping from outside Europe? 10 to 20 days
Large parcels :
Delivered within your own country? 2 to 7 days
Shipping from a European country to another European country? 3 to 10 days

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

- Payment in 4 instalments: Available for certain orders.
- Payment by CestMoinsCher card: Numerous payment facilities and exclusive advantages.
*Cash payment
- Payment by bank card: Payment is made via the secure bank servers of our partners. This means that no banking information concerning you passes through the CestMoinsCher site.
Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be recorded and validated as soon as payment is accepted by the bank you have chosen.
- Payment by voucher: Simply enter the voucher code to redeem the voucher and recalculate the amount to pay only the difference!
*Fast payments
- Secure payment with a registered card: No need to re-enter your Payment Card numbers when you make future purchases on our site, sent to the delivery address(es) (home, work, collection point, etc.) associated with your Payment Card.
- Payment by Paypal: Online payment service that allows you to pay for purchases, receive payments, or send and receive money.

How do I place an Order?
To place your order, select Place order
Note: If you order an item sold by CestMoinsCher and pay using a credit card, you will not be charged until the item is shipped. If you place an order with one of our third-party sellers, the seller may charge your card at the time of purchase.
If you are asked to do so, log in or create an account if this is your first order.
Enter a delivery address.
Choose a shipping method.
Note: If your order consists of several items, you will see the option Send items in a minimum number of packages or Send item as soon as available (with additional charges).
Enter your payment details.
Check the details of your order. Make sure you have applied any gift cards or promotional codes you wish to use to your order.
Select Place your order.
Note: Some items sold on CestMoinsCher may require installation. Please do not arrange for installation by third party or independent technicians until you receive the item.
To check or edit your order before it enters the shipping process, go to Your Orders.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We won't hold it against you, but hurry up! You can cancel your order as long as your product has not yet been dispatched.
It's as simple as that: you can access the order directly from your Customer Area, under My orders.
To cancel a single item, or reduce its quantity, you can click on the basket next to the item. The quantity shown is the quantity you are keeping.
The progress of your cancellation request will be visible in your Customer Area. It will also be sent to you by email to the email address linked to your customer account.
If your product is sold by a Marketplace seller who has already accepted the order, we invite you to ask them directly to cancel your order by sending them a message. They will reply confirming the cancellation or informing you that the product has already been dispatched.
Don't worry, if your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the parcel on delivery or request a return and obtain a refund for your products.
Do I need an account to place an order?
To place an order on CestMoinsCher, it's better to create an account. However, this is not compulsory.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can view the tracking information for your order in your order details. It couldn't be easier with CestMoinsCher
Note: Some parcels cannot be tracked.
To track your parcel:
Go to the Parcel Tracking page or Find the order you want to track in your dashboard.
Click the Track Package button next to the order.
Items sent by sellers from CestMoinsCher Marketplace can also be tracked, but only if the seller has shared this information and you have chosen a trackable shipping method.
How Can I Return a Product?
Simply go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return the item, then choose a drop-off location that accepts returns. We'll send you a label, code or voucher and bring your item back, and you're all set.
